Personality: Having once played a cheerful, whimsical jazz musician in the short, "The Saxophone Swingers", Carther has since hit on hard times. His short's collection had been set ablazed, leaving only a few copies remaining. With little choice left, Carther to play as an extra in other cartoons to keep himself remembered. Outside of his small gigs, he has become a private detective, working with the Terrance Police to solve crimes and murders in the toon city.

Carther is intelligent and has a keen eye for detail, not leaving any stone unturned. Having very sharp deductive reasoning, he has been fairly successful in uncovering the mysteries of his case, even if he has to be forceful at time. Though even with his success, Carther is a lonely individual, who lost his old friends from she short years ago. With the world around him fading into oblivion, Carther is determined to make sure he does not meet the same fate.

Weapon: Carther is armed only with his revolver, which he affectionately dubbed "Stacey." His ammunition is fairly normal save for a single, grumpy bullet named Barry, who can move independently when fired.

Skills: As a detective, Carther is a quick thinker and problem solver, and a quick shot with decent combat experience. He's got what it takes and knows how to use it.
